Larry Graham - Founder & Program Director

Larry Graham is the Founder and Program Director at Athletes Performance Enhancement A.P.E. He currently designs and develops programs for A.P.E. His experience in fitness and sports training spans well over 15 years.

Larry's experience includes Fitness Director at Mountain Side Fitness, where he was responsible for training and developing personal trainers. Prior to Mountainside Fitness, he was a premier Personal Trainer at Pure Fitness where he mastered in strength conditioning, functional training, and designing core techniques.

Larry is a Certified Personal Trainer who has coached, trained, and developed multiple professional and collegiate athletes. Larry specializes in designing and developing transitional youth sports programs.


Charles Doss - Performance Trainer & Systems Design

Charles Doss is a St. Louis, Missouri native. He attended CBC High School Christian Brothers College in St. Louis, Missouri where he was a 4 year Varsity letter winner in basketball, as well as Captain his Senior year. He received 1st Team All Conference and District honors and led his team to the District Championship his Senior year.

Charles attended the University of Missouri-Columbia. He specializes in functional training, focusing on improving speed and agility, footwork, and core strengthening. Charles has a true passion for all sports and especially enjoys training our youth athletes.


Mark Mobley, Jr. (Amir) - Performance Trainer & Program Development

Originally from Detroit, Amir began his football career in the Detroit Public School system. He was later awarded a full athletic scholarship to the University of North Carolina A&T, where he was a running back. He finished up his football career at Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri and graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition & Wellness, with a minor in Biology.

Amir is a ISSR certified strength and conditioning specialist and he has spent the last several years coaching and training athletes from Little League all the way up to college.


Vaughn Van Dame - Trainer

Vaughn Van Dame comes to APE from Albuquerque, New Mexico. He grew up playing sports in the metro area, and later attended Phoenix College to play football as a wide receiver and return specialist. After 2 years in Phoenix, he received a scholarship to continue his football career at Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas. There Vaughn received his Bachelors degree in Physical Performance and Sports Studies in 2017. Vaughn was also a part of the track and field team at Southwestern College where he earned 1st Team All-KCAC and Honorable Mention All-KCAC in his 2 years at the program. Specializing in speed and agility, as well as strength and conditioning, he holds certificates in both areas.

Seton Catholic Prep High School, Chandler Az - Boys & Girls Head Track & Field Coach (2015 - 2019)

Rawle Circhlow has been involved in track and field, sprinting, running and various other sports for over 39 years. He was born in the beautiful tropical island of Barbados, West Indies.

Rawle has a BS degree in Sports Management and is well versed in all aspects of the Sprint Speed, Middle & Long Distance events and in Athletic Management. Rawle is a USATF Level 1 coach, a former Head coach, and a Hurdles and Relay coach for Seton Catholic Prep in Chandler. He is additionally a USATF and Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) Certified Official. He has a Coaches Certificate from the International Registry of Coaches.

Rawle founded and began coaching Feel The Heat Track Club in 2000 and has coached individual athletes one on one, as well as ,group and teams in various events and sports including everything from sprints to the ultra marathon. He also has coached basketball and football since 1991.


Heather Doss - Administrative Assistant & Operations Manager

Heather is from Aurora, Missouri where she was a three sport athlete in high school, playing volleyball, basketball, and track all 4 years of high school. She was a state champion in the 100 and 300 meter hurdles, as well as earning All Conference and All District honors for basketball and volleyball.

Heather attended the University of Missouri on a track scholarship where she ran the 400 meter hurdles and sprints. She is now the Administrative Assistant at Athletes Performance Enhancement.
